Roboform Password Filler

Roboform is a freeware Windows program that stores your log-ins and passwords until they're needed to fill in online forms. Say you come to a page that requires you to log-in. You fill in your user name and password and Roboform memorizes them as you type. The next time you visit the page, a small window pops up. You click the button that says "log-in" and the information is filled in automatically. The same goes when you have an order form that asks for your mailing address, billing information, etc. Confidential information such as your name, address, credit card numbers and login IDs and passwords are stored only on your computer. It works as an add-on for Internet Explorer version 4 or later, all browsers based on IE, and Netscape 6. Unlike other freebie form fillers, Roboform does not collect any marketing information as you surf. The free version of Roboform is available to personal users. It limits you to 30 passwords, 30 identities, three custom fields in identities. The pro version includes unlimited passwords and identities, the ability to turn off the "fill non-empty fields" option, selective form filling, folders and other advanced options.
